Jamie totally had Turtle and Canary open on time.

He really did.

No! Really! It's been open since the wee hours of the morning where he'd been diligently working hard on the store making sure it was spic and also span.

But not about opening the store late. Because he was totally on time.

Sokka disappeared into the hardware section of the store and came back with all sorts of glue, bolts, screws, nails, step ladders, power tools, and a stud finder. And a Squishy.

He sucked at his Squishy and avoided Jamie's gaze when he brought it all to the register.

[OOC: That Sokka bought lots of stuff is okay to broadcast, but the specifics are NFB, please! Except the Squishy. And the stud finder. The squirrels can mention that.]

"Why look at all this Apu!" Jamie exclaimed loudly. "It appears Sokka is buying supplies to help the homeless and needy! Isn't that right Sokka?"

He then gave Sokka a big old wink.

"Actually, I'm not," Sokka told him. "I'm building an iguana."

"What a noble thing to do!" Jamie said very loudly. "You go build that iguana!"

Sokka facepalmed and tried to leave the store without attracting any more attention. "Yeah. I'll... I'll go do that."

Um. Oops?
