Jenny opened up the shop on time, and, except for when she was at the Student Council meeting, was behind the counter chain-smoking away and filching from the candy bowl. She was totally in costume, too. Her costume was 'British girl.'

If anyone wanted candy, they could take it up with the fairy.

Tink couldn't wait to tell everyone how bad their costume was.

And maybe give them candy. ... Maybe.

"Trick or Treat!"

Tink jumped. Was ... was that the frog!?

Was he the frog, or was he someone else dressed up as the frog for Halloween? But why would anyone pretend to be the frog!?

Nope, he was a frog. A frog in a Halloween costume.

Tink was going to eye him suspiciously. Did he know he looked like a dead person?

... dead frog?

She had candy here somewhere.

Why yes, he did. He was rather proud of the effect his costume was having.

Ino bounced over to Pixie Dust, and beamed. "Trick or Treat, Bell-sensei!"

Oh! Oh, look, she looked very nice indeed. She had fangs! Fangs were fabulous. Had she been drinking blood? Vampires were ever-so-chic.

She preened a bit. "Thank you! No blood," Ino said, "but only 'cause that'd ruin the taste of the candy."

Blood didn't taste nearly so good as one might imagine. Not that she had ever tried it. So! Candy! Here, Tink would wave out her ~~moddable~~ bowl of goodies.

Ooooh, Fuzzy Peaches! Ino added them to her bag and beamed. "Thank you, Bell-sensei! And Happy Hallowe'en!"

Happy Halloween! Have fun biting people!

Marco froze for a moment before shrugging. "Oooh ooh oooh!"

There was ... a chimpanzee. A chimpanzee was not a costume, it was a ... chimpanzee.

Tink was going to stare at it in horror.

Marco looked cute and offered her his bucket. "Oooh?"

"Give me candy," Worf said stepping up to the small... thing. "Or there will be trickery of some sort."

Tink huffed. His outfit sucked. No.

Really, she was handing out candy anyway, but she hated orders.

"This costume was the only one that fit," Worf growled. "And I'm following this tradition. I have asked for Candy. Do not penalize me for wearing something horrible."

She could penalize him if she wanted to. The color was all wrong for him. And the hat didn't fit. She sold costumes; it was hardly her fault if he hadn't stopped by to select one.

But she might be convinced to offer him a large bowl of candy, anyway. Because she was generous even in the face of such sartorial disaster.

Tony's costume was just ordinary black clothes - a bit worn, by the way, and nothing of a name brand - along with black shoes, gloves and a bit of fabric wrapped around his face. Also, black eyeliner.

"Trick or treat?"

Tink considered his outfit. Low-effort, but it had some indie cred going for it. Really, she liked it when boys wore eyeliner.

Very well! Would he like some candy? She had a rather large ~~moddable~~ bowl.

"Thank you!" Tony said to both the compliment and the candy. He helped himself to a couple of pieces of candy.

I can't find my wig. How can I be Wednesday Addams without my wig?
