Dinah rather enjoyed these trips downtown. The brightly-colored room had lots of interesting things to sniff at and chase, and a few good sunbeams to nap in.
It seemed to make Her Alice happy, being here. She would change the noise now and again; sometimes, she would even mew along. Her Alice would also sit and cuddle her, and tell her things about how very happy she was to have a Dinah again, and that was good for any cat's ego.
