The Onsen - Afternoon

Ichigo had a small bag slung over his shoulder as he waited at the entrance to the Onsen for Ino. There were several things he was trying not to think of right now. One thing in particular kept popping up involving Ino and bathing suits.

Nope, he was going to stop thinking about that now. And he wouldn't think of it... Well, until he got inside, he supposed. Did he go crazy agreeing to this? Probably.

"I don't think it is," she disagreed mildly in the face of his suspicions.

"Sure it is," he smirked at her. "You have a hot head."

"Maybe I do," she admitted. "Any complaints about it?"

Not, mind, that she gave him much time to answer that, because then Ino was trying to kiss him.

He opened his mouth to reply, but then she was kissing him and he still made a soft, indistinguishable sound. His fingers reflexively tightened around her wrist before loosening and then he was kissing her back in earnest because maybe he'd been wanting to do this ever since he saw the bikini.

He was a teenage boy, and she was a girl with a marked tendency to kiss him. Add in a bikini and Ino would've been mortally offended if he hadn't wanted to kiss her.

She kissed him, freeing her hand from his grip at the same time, and shifting so she was closer.

Which meant that he had to put his hand somewhere and the kiss slowed before he tentatively cupped her cheek. He pulled back for just a moment, meeting her eyes before he tried to kiss her again.

She sighed at the touch to her cheek, and smiled, before kissing him back once more.

He was going to start thinking he wasn't actually bad at this and forgetting the flailing for a while, he concentrated on just kissing her.

Ino was the one that pulled back first and grinned, flicking a bit of water at him.

"Cold-blooded, am I?"

He snorted and flicked some water back. "I don't know. I told you, you're hot headed and we just kissed so... You could still be."

"I don't think I am," she insisted. "And I don't think you think so really either."

"Ha! And what makes you so sure?" he teased. The grin might be a giveaway.

She leaned forward to steal a quick kiss. "Because a cold person wouldn't suit you."

"Huh," he blinked and stared at her as if she'd just caught him by surprise. "I guess they wouldn't."

"They wouldn't," she nodded. "So you'd better not forget it."

"So you suit me?" he smirked at her.

"That's up to you," she said impishly. "I'm just being me."

"It didn't sound like that from where I was sitting," he pointed out, reaching up to tug her hair.

"Shhh," Ino said, smiling. "That's a secret."

"There's no one here I'm going to tell," he pointed out.

"It's still a secret," she insisted.

"And yet, I know," he pointed out, smirking.

"You're right," she said, considering that.

A beat.

"Looks like I'll have to kill you. Can't tell anyone if you're dead." Impishly.

"Actually, I could," he reasoned. "I could tell Chad or just write it down for anyone to find."

"But would you?"
