Caritas [Thursday evening]

Given that both Robin and her boyfriend (and by extension, their dogs) were Canadian, she hadn't felt compelled to do anything for Thanksgiving. They'd celebrated last month, after all.

So, she was at work with her laptop since she wasn't expecting many people, and was busy watching the cutest thing in the world.

Tino, for some reason, didn't seem all that thrilled that she was back.

Weird.

"...she could have a crush on him!" Wade suggested. "Most women who work for him do."

(Razzum frazzum mutter mutter rabble rabble rabble.)

"I don't know if Robin will," he said. "She has a policy on not dating coworkers."

"That's why there's so much tension. It's a forbidden love thing."

"I don't think it'll work," Fraser said. "She won't crush on him."

"Why not? He's totally dreamy! Tall, muscular, has a position of power, charisma up the wazooo..."

"Then, you should date him," Fraser said with a grin.

"...for a woman!" Wade amended. "He's dreamy for a woman!"

"Uh huh," he said, laughing. "Of course he is."

"You know, I'm just never helping you come up with a television concept starring Robin ever again!"

"That's fine, that means I can keep Robin all to myself," he said and sighed happily. "And you and Mayor Cable can continue having your date nights without interruption."

"...I will hurt you," Wade grumbled. "Can't two guys just hang out and not have it be weird?"

"When did I say it was weird?" Fraser asked. "You two obviously enjoy the other's company. That's not weird."

"As friends. I'm not dating him," Wade replied. "I am so far from dating him, it's not even funny."

"As friends," he repeated. "That's fine. I am glad that you two do have fun, though."

Wade nodded. Good to see someone else got that.

"So... wanna watch Top Chef next week?"

"With you and the mayor?" Fraser asked.

"Well, that's where the free pizza is," Wade reasoned.

"I was just making sure you weren't asking me out," he teased. "I should be available, though, yes."

"You, good sir, are taken," Wade replied airily. "And I... am enjoying the life of a bachelor right now."

"Taken and happily so," he said. "I'd love to join you though. I have no idea what a top chef is."

"It's like ANTM with cooking." A beat. "And less pretty."

"If it's enjoyable, I'm sure I'll get used to it," he decided.

"Excellent!" Wade bounced once before getting control if his 14 year old girl instincts.

All Fraser could do was laugh. "I agree, yes."
