Caritas, Friday

After his shenanigans earlier today, Loki had decided to spend the evening at the bar. Of course, when he'd walked in to find only Tino and his greasy face behind the bar, he'd been a little at a loss. Usually the old guy was around and he, at least, made for some decent conversation.

When the old guy failed to materialize, Loki took the initiative and just slid over and behind the counter and checked out all the alcohol. It was sad in a way. For him, at least.

Tino kept glaring. When Loki made to start tossing the bottles around like a movie he'd seen a long time ago, Tino's glare turned into a growl. It was almost cute in a way.

Eventually, Loki poured himself a glass of soda and amused himself with making faces at Tino.

It had been a long day and Ronon was ready for a large drink. Surprised to see Loki behind the bar, he smirked. "Thought you didn't do the food and drink service?"

"Can I get a beer?" Ronon requested, intending to see if he would.

Earth people would never stop being weird. "Please?"

Lindsay looked over to see the hophead ordering a drink.

She shook her head in disappointment. Oh well. At least the booze is legal.

Ronon glared when he spotted her. "Still got a problem?"

"Who me?" Lindsay said with her best innocent look. "Not at all. No problems here. Why? Are you having problems? There are probably support groups for you. For whatever problems they are. I think they even have twelve steps."

"What the hell are you talking about?" Ronon wondered.

No plans on a Friday meant ducking into Caritas and if no one interesting showed up past a certain time, it was off to the mainland, which Daisy was expecting to be the way it went down.

So she was a little surprised that someone interesting was already there. And behind the bar.

"Well, this is unexpected. They know you're back there? Am I going to have to call the cops?"

Daisy gave a firm nod, settling onto Loki the best 'I'm watching you, Mister,' look she could at the moment, which wasn't much beyond a transparent caricature. Her actual I'm watching you, Mister look was quite good, really, but it only worked when she actually meant it.

She waited a moment until Tino took advantage of knowing Daisy's drink by heart to move away from Loki, and then she leaned in to whisper, "Oh, you're just doing this to get closer to Tino, admit it."

"Your secret's safe with me," Daisy assured him, folding her arms a little on the bar. "Don't worry."

Linz watched Daisy for a moment or two before deciding to introduce herself. "Hi? Have we met? Or am I just crazy."

"Can't vouch for your sanity," Daisy admitted with a small smile, "but, no, we haven't met."

So, of course, she promptly produced a hand. "I'm Daisy. Hi."

"Lindsay Boxer," she said shaking her hand. "Sorry. Maybe I've seen you around or something. It's a small enough town."
