Chad came into work, ready to make sure that everything was all neat and orderly today. As he worked, he realized he had the strangest craving for sushi, and couldn't explain why.

...God, he hoped that craving didn't have anything to do with potential pregnancy.

That's what he's there for.

Sneaking out of the shop maybe just a little early for closing, Teddy swung by to visit Chad. With sushi, damn it.

He had been craving it too.

"Hey!"

"Oh, hey." Chad lifted a hand.

And then noticed what Teddy had with him.

"Is that...sushi?"

Teddy held up the bag for him. "I picked some up on the way over."

"It's the weirdest thing," Chad said, taking the bag and moving back over to the counter so they could work on eating it. "I've been craving it since yesterday."

"Really?" Teddy cocked his head to the side, going up on his toes for a quick kiss. "Didja not get my messages about it?"

Chad kissed Teddy back, and the shook his head. "No. Just got a lot of really weird, random calls. It was kind of like that one time..."

Yes, Chad. Kind of like it.

"That was ages ago."

"Yeah," Chad agreed, "but I got messages about being pregnant then, and this time."

Sometimes, Chad remembered the weirdest shit.

"What did you call about sushi?"

Teddy's eyes went wide at the pregnant thing. "I just wanted to know if you could get some so we could hang out in my room."

"...That would have been a lot better message than the pregnant one."

"So much better," Teddy said, nodding seriously.

"So you just wanted to have some sushi and hang out?" Chad asked, leaning (carefully) on the counter, and fishing some out of the bag.

"I think it's a good plan for the evening."

"Like this evening?"

Teddy leaned forward to share something with him. "I don't think the sushi would last much longer than tonight."

There was a pause.

"Good point."

And then, while Teddy was leaning forward, Chad ducked down to kiss him, which put off his response for a minute or two.

"Thanks."

Teddy wasn't about to turn down any sort of kissing there. "Did you know they made Mexican sushi?"

"They do? Like, fusion stuff?"

Teddy nodded. "With, like, jalapenos and stuff."

"And you got some of that for tonight?"

"One roll," Teddy confirmed. "And some other stuff in case it wasn't that good."

I kind of hope Chad never, ever loses his irrational fear of the MPreg, going to be honest with you.

In this game? I don't think it's an IRRATIONAL fear...
