Stark Industries: Thursday

Lindsay was behind her desk trying to concentrate on her work but kept getting distracted. Every once and a while she'd pick up a phone to call her friends back home or start an e-mail that would start with "Dear Dad" but she'd immediately hang up or close the e-mail before she even started.

So for the most part she was just looking out the window as she tried to make sense of this whole week.

"I'll give you that," Ronon acknowledged. "But for all the advancements that allowed, special water underwear? Come on."

"Not everyone likes to show their body off like you do," Linz smirked. "So we're prudes on this world, you'll get used to it."

"What? I'm showing off?" Ronon asked, looking down at his typical leather pants, homespun vest, and coat.

"I'm talking about going swimming in the nude," Linz said. "And you may not try, but yeah, you come off looking hot."

"Funny, I was going for warm," Ronon teased.

"Then obviously you've met your goal and then some," she said rolling her eyes.

"My goals always get met," he said, amused. "There's no honor in failure."

"So you actually made a goal to be warm?" Lindsay joked. "Did you also make one about wearing leather pants?"

"No," he laughed. "They're just more comfortable than jeans. You should try it."

"Is this an attempt for me to put on leather pants so you can see what my butt looks like in them?" she asked. "Because I can tell you it's not going to work."

"Nope, your butt doesn't need leather to look good," he told her. "I already know that."

"Thank you," she said sweetly. "It's still not happening."

"There some Earth thing about leather pants I should know about?"

"I don't know about Earth," Lindsay grinned. "I just know my opinion on the subject."

"So you don't like leather," Ronon asked. "Or you think people will stare at your butt if you wear it?"

"The staring," she smirked. "I don't mind leather. My favorite jacket is leather. I just prefer if people looked at me from the shoulders up than burn a hole through my pants."

"With people around here, that's asking a lot no matter what you wear," he pointed out.

"Yeah, well at least I know it won't be in leather pants," Lindsay replied. "But I'll tell you what, since you're being generous with the cruise? I'll be generous for you. Just you."

His eyebrows went up in interest. "You're gonna be generous for me how?"

"Leather pants," she replied with an eyeroll. "Just not out in public."

"Private viewing? Sounds like I'm getting the better end of this deal," he told her.

"I'm getting a cruise and all my drinks for free," Lindsay smirked. "Are you sure about that?"

"I don't know," Ronon considered. "You're pretty hot without the leather and I've never been on a cruise that didn't end with someone feeding the fish or freaking out about Moby Dick."

"Moby Dick?" she asked. "Who the hell did you go on a cruise with, Captain Ahab?"

"My teammate, McKay, he had nightmares about that whale book," Ronon explained. "It was funny as hell till he freaked out."
