She’d listened to the radio, feeling vaguely guilty for some reason for not having gone out and about, even though crowds weren’t her friend and Hinata knew she was likely to be happier for having not.
And yet, somehow, it seemed like a step back. Hinata considered that as she opened up the store and found a book to read.
Yei didn’t care about internal dilemmas (not unless they concerned her treats)—Yei just wanted attention and the chance to explore the store, both of which were easy enough for Hinata to fulfill.
