Leda had gotten some money from her parents and had decided to spend it on music. She'd been curious about these CD things.

"Not certain how he accomplished it," Alice said, "but he was on the television the other night. Vote for him, it doesn't mean he'll win but it does mean they'll show him more, or at least Dinah said so."
