Caritas; Saturday Evening

After spending the afternoon getting, ah, familiar with his scarf in the Biblical sense, Chuck decided to give Marion the night off and open up Caritas himself. It would give his scarf something to do that didn't involve sex and it would give him a chance to recover from the last few days. His face still hurt like a bitch.

"Chuck, Chuck? Can I play with Tino?"

Chuck placed his glass of scotch over his eye and gave his scarf a smile. "No, scarf. You don't know where that's been."

"Can you and I have sex again then?"

"Later, I promise."

If she hadn't been kissing Edward, Adora might have reached over and smacked that cape. Instead she gave her hands the task of pulling herself closer to her prince.

"That sounds like polishing! I require such maintenance as well," the sword replied, frowning at Edward and Adora. "I believe they have forgotten us."

Ah, he liked this much better than listening to his cape sputter utter nonsense. He deepened the kiss, because he could. Ah-hah!

Cape was frowning as well. "What are we supposed to do now? I am not watching them, again."

There was no hearing when she was focused on her adoring prince and his wonderful ability to kiss her senseless.

"I shall protect you, friend Cape! We can go elsewhere and avoid witnessing their love at work." Sword was way smart.

The senseless was affecting him too because he didn't realize how close he'd pulled her against him.

"Let's," Cape agreed, giving her new friend a generous smile. "They can have their love; we'll go find fun!"
