The Beach, Saturday
Summer had gone for a run on around the island and ended up on the beach (which really shouldn't be a surprise to anyone). Deciding she didn't need to be anywhere for a while, Summer went through some cool down stretches and then plopped down on the sand.
She watched the waves crash against the sand, finding the motion and sound soothing. Hmm, she considered run back to her apartment to grab and bathing suit and towel to lay out in the sun. Maybe in a little while. For now, Summer was content just sitting there.
[OOC: Very much with the open!]

"I really don't understand what the big deal is, Boo," Minsc was saying to the rodent in his hand as he, still in full armour, strode down the beach. "I mean, you can't even swim, and you're a hamster. What do you need swim trunks for? We'll get them, and then it'll be fall and too cold to wear them anyway, and you know how you eat in the winter. Come summer again, you'll be too fat!"
Pause.
"Yes, I know you go into slight hibernation and have to cushion up, but still. It's not like there's buried treasure right off the shore, anyway. You have to go away out for that, and you don't like boats, remember?"

Summer didn't know whether to frown or laugh at what she was hearing. "Every thing all right Sir Minsc?" She called out, adding a wave to her inquiry. She hoped she wasn't being rude by interrupting them.

"Good day, Lady Summer! I did not see you there! So much for being an astute and aware gentleman!" He chuckled. "But I was distracted. Boo, it seems, would like to go swimming today, but, alas, he cannot swim. Not in anything deeper than a punch bowl, anyway."

She shook her head. "You're not troubling me, I assure you. My class went very well, thank you. I like my group of students, already," Summer chuckled. "How are things with you?"
