Maron was torn between being glad for the excuse to get out of her room (especially since she hadn't felt up to attending cheer practice yesterday), where it was just her room now, so that she could stop mulling over how very lonely that was, and at the same time rather put out that her workplace wasn’t much better for pretending that Turtle wasn’t gone.
