There were a bunch of parents and friends on the island. This meant of course, a ripe opportunity to get some extra business.

Like all souvenir cups everywhere, they were all incredibly tacky. The variety of tall plastic mugs in garish bright colors were decorated with choices of blurry photo of the school, cartoonish-child-like drawing of a gremlin or the slightly out of alignment school crest, the kind where the text and lines are fuzzy just enough to ensure a pounding headache for anyone who looked too long at it.

But the key point here was that they were free! It was amazing the kind of utter crap unique trinkets people would pick up when they thought they were getting something for nothing.

It was a good day to do business.

yea, I've been pretty much non-existence the past couple of days. this is what happens when your group members wait til the week before a major assignment is due to actually get their crap done
