Book Haven, Tuesday
There were several disadvantages to working in a bookstore after a weekend to mull over a conversation about guys and how to get their attention (well, in her case, one specific guy) and the main one was the fact that there was absolutely no way she could pretend ignorance to the fact that they had self-help dating books of all kind.
Hinata was doing her utter best to pretend they didn't exist while Yei prowled around the store.
She was not thinking about how easy it would be to drift down the aisle and poke through some of the books. Absolutely not. She was going to read her fantasy novel as the counter.
It was going to be a long day.
