Streets of Fandom [Wednesday, Late Afternoon]
Chuck wasn't the biggest follower of the news, so he'd managed to skip over all the Bad Things that were filtering through into public knowledge over the radio.
If he'd known, today would not be the day he'd have picked to organise sizzling shrimp night with Ellie, and they would not have been walking over to Ching Tai in this damp, almost suffocatingly thick fog.
"You know, it's really lucky I know where my feet are," Chuck commented. "Because if I didn't know better, I'd think they weren't even there." Stupid fog.
[[He's there for that sister of his, but the streets of Fandom are of course open if anyone needs them. Up early for the great SP!]]
