Behind Efferton Manor, Then The Streets of Fandom - Early Monday Morning
The smell in the air of the immediate area was tangy, like there was a storm coming. The crackling came next, lightning arcing out of nowhere, eventually forming a shielded ball of light in the back yard of Efferton Manor. The sphere dissipated a few moments later, taking out a chunk of the lawn like a giant ice cream scoop had taken a piece of it.
Kyle shuddered in a breath as he opened his eyes and tried to deal with the sensory overload. Every muscle in his body had contracted painfully and he couldn't get them to relax. He took a few moments, trying to get his lungs used to breathing again and his eyes used to seeing. The muscles loosened shortly after that.
He wasn't sure who lived here, but as always, they had clothes hanging on the clothesline. They were too big for him, but nudity drew too much attention. He scurried over and took down the clothes before putting them on. Shoes would have to wait for now.
Exhaustion was creeping in. He didn't know if his bed in the dorms was still his bed anymore, or if there was even anyone left here he knew. Kyle had to focus, to work out how much time had passed and where he could find somewhere to sleep for a few hours.
[OOC: Open if anyone's about!]

So when she saw something stagger a few meters from her, Dani stopped. Her hand creeping to the extendable police baton she carried in her pocket.

If it was another one of those monkeyponies she was going to leg it. It took two clips to bring that thing down.

"Hey." Dani took a catalog of Kyle's appearance. "You look like hell." Looking like that she had a knee jerk reaction to feed him something. "And hungry."
She didn't ask what happened, not yet, that'll come later right now she wanted to know if he was okay.

She wasn't the physical type, hugging wasn't her thing, that was Crews's forte. But she had to do something.
"Do you want anything to eat? Diner might be open now."

The concept of gods walking around disturbed her so much she managed to keep herself busy and away from anything to do with the convention.

She had that feeling on more than one occasion. Reese looked around. "Are you cold?"

She was trying not to push. She'd been on the other end (though not the same circumstances) and she knew what it was like when you met someone with well meaning intentions after facing all kinds of crap.
