Things Reborn, Friday
Harper wasn't expecting any new shipments of old merchandise, so she was really surprised to find a large trunk when she got to the store. It was marked "NOBODY TELLS ME ANYTHING." She was almost certain that it wasn't meant for her, but there was that nagging voice in the back of her mind that told her otherwise. But trying to figure out who hadn't been telling her anything was going to be tough. Not only did something weird happen with Alex the other day, but she'd also gotten a strange postcard from her dad. He said he was all set up in his new home, but he hadn't actually told Harper that he was moving.
So instead of opening the trunk, Harper shoved it behind the register and and sat on it. She would worry about it after calling her mom... once she eventually got through. For some reason, she kept getting a recording that her mom's phone number was disconnected.
Things Reborn was open, but please excuse Harper if she's a little busy flailing.

That thought was momentarily discarded when she noticed her best friend flailing just a bit. "Are you okay?"
[Meant to do this earlier, oops.]

She was only half joking on that one.

Yeah, she was going to take the round-about way of addressing what happened on Wednesday.

Yeah, notice how she was avoiding talking about Wednesday. For the moment.
