Shunsui was taking extra care to trim Nanao-Chan II, the bonsai tree, while working in the shop today. He didn't know much about what was coming up for the weekend with the school, but he did have the feeling that she was overdue for some freshening up all the same.
"Why, my dear ♥," he told it, "it is like you've just been blossoming overnight ♥! You're thriving so wonderfully, even without so much sun ♥. So strong, so beautiful ♥!"
Apu was just going to avoid the crazy man talking to his plant today, yes.
