Mystery Sign Theatre, Saturday
Another week past, another quantity of days spent home in Bristol helping newly made vampires cope with the immediate symptoms of the change. Mitchell didn't need Parents' Weekend to meet any of his 'old friends' or relatives.
All of his relatives were dead, anyway.
But, in honour of the weekend, he at least managed to dredge up something that everyone would be able to watch. Two family comedies, though, seemed like a little too much work today.
TODAY'S SHOWING:
Cold Times: Wet Feet
He put a smileyface underneath just to stress the point, then went back inside. Just because he didn't feel smileyface-y didn't mean he was going to completely ruin whatever the humans were up to.

Talk to Mitchell
Re: Talk to Mitchell
With Cold Times playing, the movie theater was as much of a disappointment as most of its kind were, but the film was not the main attraction here for Lynda, anyway. No, she was more interested in finding a certain person she'd heard quite a bit about.
And right now, she was standing in the doorway to that person's office, her expression impassive but her gaze almost measuring, picking up on details. "You Mitchell?"
Re: Talk to Mitchell
"Yeah," he said, blinking. "Who wants to know?"

"That's not why I'm here," she said idly, as if it didn't even matter. Her eyes flicked to the TV. "So you get the good stuff back here and the family friendly shit in the actual theater?"
She couldn't say she approved.

The famous Mitchell. How was she supposed to resist?

Re: Talk to Mitchell
Because he already had a hunch there, yeah.
Re: Talk to Mitchell
She wondered idly about who Chloe was, then let that thought go.
Re: Talk to Mitchell
He was slightly less pissed at the world than a few weeks ago. That helped.
Re: Talk to Mitchell
"Her family's... unavailable, and she talks so much about the place, I figured I should come and have a look."
Re: Talk to Mitchell
Re: Talk to Mitchell
Debtee, or something, too.
Re: Talk to Mitchell
Because you had been kind of busy being a bitch, Mitchell.
Re: Talk to Mitchell
Kate... may have talked her off last night about all her far-off friends who had seen the video, though she wasn't surprised Mitchell was out of the loop.
Re: Talk to Mitchell
That was a no. And a please tell me more.
Re: Talk to Mitchell
Because it was better seen. Or she just wanted to study his reaction.
Re: Talk to Mitchell
He dragged it out eventually, flipping it open. ... and no, he didn't have a password set.
Re: Talk to Mitchell
"Go to YouTube and search for Princess Valhalla Hawkwind," Lynda said, leaning forward in her chair a bit. "Or you could just go to princessvalhallahawkwind dot com. Either way, you're gonna find the video."
Re: Talk to Mitchell
And paused. Was that a preview picture of Kate in a--?
Re: Talk to Mitchell
"We made that last weekend," came Lynda's only contribution.
