Between Parents Weekend and unicorns, Cally had spent the last several days holed up back at her house on Apocalypse Ave with her baby boy.
Today, she dropped him off at daycare with a sad little wave and came into the apartment complex. After she made a pot of coffee, she settled in behind the desk to do paperwork and play Scrabble online.
That was totally work related. Honest.
If anyone needed the landlord, she was there behind the lobby counter/desk.
