Today, the horses had all donned leis courtesy of Firekeeper. Slightly rumpled, due to being stuffed in her suitcase, and silk souvenir ones instead of authentic fresh-flower ones, for... well, basically that same reason. But so long as the horses didn't try to eat them- which, so far, none of them had expressed any interest in doing, because they weren't stupid, thank you- Firekeeper didn't see the problem.

What was a problem was how dreadfully cold it seemed here after a week in tropical weather. So she and Blind Seer were sprawled out on a haybale in the barn today, keeping warm.
