With his class now on Thursday and not wanting to overtax himself with working too much or anything like that, Shunsui was glad to make a switch on over and breeze into the shop on Tuesdays instead.

Apu-san was a little less pleased about the change, but, well, Apu-san wasn't pleased about anything Shunsui did.

Thinking on the new semester, Shunsui decided he wanted to do something along those lines for a special today and, after a moment of inspiration, he'd put together a new sign for the window:

So now it was just a matter of sitting back and waiting for the booze-hungry women to start flooding in!

There was a sign promising free booze. After her gambling with the tall dwarves, Isabela had enough money to buy booze. But free booze? No, she wasn't going to turn that down.

She did not flood inside the store, but sauntered with an extra sway to her hips. One look at Apu. One look at Shunsui and Isabela made her way over for the latter.

"I don't need to tell you how old I am, but I am beautiful and female." She didn't think she had to prove either. "So now, where is this free booze?"

In addition to wondering why he hadn't thought of that particular sign earlier, Shunsui was also wondering where exactly his eyes wanted to linger more. Thankfully, this wonderful stack of woman that had just sauntered into his store gave him plenty of options.

A lazy but appreciative smile spread easily onto his face. "Back at my place ♥," he answered easily, quite pleased with the high bar for beauty that she was setting here. "Interested ♥?"

Isabela raised both eyebrows at him, taking her time to consider the offer. Which included looking him up and down. The flowery cloak was not entirely her taste, but he was easy on the eyes.

"You cut right down to the chase, don't you?" she said finally with a laugh. "Do you always take advantage of sweet innocent girls looking for free booze to lure them to your den?"

Not that Isabela was innocent or sweet.

"Of course not ♥," said Shunsui, glad to see that the sexy pirate (was this the one for radio or, be still his heart, were there more?) seemed to approve of what she saw as well. "The sweet and innocent ones I lure with words ♥."

"Good answer," she chuckled and she rested her elbows on the counter, considering him. "You know I'll be expecting the very best to make up for the lack of words?"

Shunsui would have to thank the counter liberally later, for being there to help provide him with such a miraculous view. He did a phenomenal job of making it look like his attentions were focused more upwards, though, thanks to centuries of practise.

"Naturally ♥," Shunsui agreed. "The quality of the booze tends to be directly influenced by the beauty of the woman, though now you have me wondering if I have anything that could even begin to be worthy ♥."

Really now, did he think she didn't do that on purpose?

"And now I really hope you're not mistaking me for being all sweet and innocent," she teased him.

"My dear ♥," Shunsui said with a faint chuckle, "I don't think that would be possible in an outfit like that ♥."

"I'm glad we straightened that out," she decided, smirking at him as she pushed up from the counter. "I believe that means that I am interested."

"Then that makes two of us ♥," said Shunsui, pulling him a little himself and adjusting his hat, tugging a little at the rim. "Ahh, Apu-san ♥. Would you mind terribly watching over the store for me ♥? I've got an offer to follow up on, and, you know me, I must stay true to my word ♥."

"Yes. Yes, you do," Isabela agreed, smirking and she could appreciate this not wasting any time approach. Truly, patience wasn't her greatest virtue at all.

Apu, at this point, despite all the rolling his eyes were doing, would really just be glad for anything that might take Shunsui out of the store for a while, so no one would hear any complaints from him.

"To the booze ♥!" Shunsui declared, positively giddy that the sign had worked so well as he fluttered around the counter so that he could be the gentleman that he was and get the door for his new busty drinking companion. He even gave a little bow, and a smirk as he added, "And to wherever that booze may lead ♥."

For that, she was putting an extra sway in her hips as she proceeded Shunsui out of the door. "Let's first see how you hold your liquor, sailor boy," she said as she sashayed past him.

Still, her day looking decidedly more interesting than it had mere moments ago.

*goes and finds more coffee*
