Turtle & Canary; Tuesday [ 01/24 ].
Samus was starting to get...well, she didn't want to say settled, because that was definitely not the word, but perhaps a little more acclimated to her new surroundings a little more. Her mission was still obnoxiously unclear, but she'd been able to piece together that part of it was taking care of this shop, filled with all of these fascinating things that she was in the process of figuring out.
None of them so fascinating, however, as the paperwork (or sometimes lack thereof) left by the last owner of the shop. It was really putting her identification visor to the test trying to figure out what some of those stains and marks on the sheets of paper might have been. In fact, it was kind of turning into a little bit of a game, though the most popular answer was a highly potent wine called sake, a large bottle of which Samus had decided would be coming home with her tonight.
She rested at the counter, rifling through the papers and trying not to be charmed by the little turtle stationed beside her. Apu had put a big HELP WANTED sign in the window, though Samus wasn't sure that was necessarily true.
Today's Squishy flavors: Plum Wine, Plum Blossoms, Red
