It was turning out to be another one of those days. There was a guest on the third floor who was calling the front desk with really dumb complaints. It started when he complained that his room was too cold. When Mary went to bring him extra blankets, she found that his room was cold because he had all the windows open. Then he ordered a salad from room service and complained that his lettuce was too cold. Mary sent Gunther to deal with that one.
