Valentine was, admittedly, not too terribly surprised to wake up with four legs, a tail, and a distinctively equine quality about her that morning. This was, after all, Fandom, and she couldn't help but being a little indulgently amused to have things like that happening to her again. She was a little less amused by the obvious pink color to her fine coat and the unnecessarily addition of a big red bow as if to declare to anyone who was uncertain that she was the girl in the family, but, whatever, she'd roll with it.

Or trot, in this case.

She was also pleased to see, when she got into the shop today, that Apu was unaffected, since there was a lot of work to be done that day, and she didn't imagine she would get a lot of it done with hooves. She did find it a little fun to prance around him prettily for a little bit, though, as he just shook his head and warned that he wasn't cleaning up any droppings.

"Ew," said Valentine, wrinkling her nose, although she had no one to talk since she'd been spending all of her time since leaving being an adult, too. "Actually, I wonder if Samus couldn't help with that. She's got all sort of crazy tech."

And then Valentine's head tilted a little further, wondering if Samus was still a pony, and, if she was, if she had the Power Suit to match, which was adorable if true.

"Does Ender have something we can use, or is he a pony too?" Emma asked. "...God, I bet he's an adorable pony."

"Well, he's always adorable." Duh, Emma. "But, yeah, he's a pony, too. If you find any apples in any cat carriers, that's his fault. He even has wings."

"Little fluttery wings? How precious!" Sorry, Ender. "You're such an indulgent big sister; I would never call either of my siblings adorable."

Mostly because they were harpies most of the time, but still.

Valentine shrugged as modestly and as well as one could when she was a pony. "I guess I'm just blessed," she said. "I didn't know you had siblings, too."

"I suppose 'had' would be the right word, since I'm persona non grata at Frost House right about now," Emma said cheerfully. "So then I had two sisters and a brother."

"Sadly, my brother was the only one who'd ever horse around with me."
