The streets of Fandom- Tuesday evening
There were parts of the whole loyalist thing that Annie liked, and parts she didn't. Visiting detention was a minus because it was sad that so many people had to get punished because they just couldn't follow some rules, while the feeling that she was doing something worthwhile was a plus. The feeling of superiority was the biggest plus, really. Seriously, it was huge.
One of the pluses was patrol. It was just like taking a walk, but with rules to enforce. What was bad about that? So Annie was out tonight, walking the streets of town, ready to take down those who weren't doing what they were supposed to.
While humming, for some strange reason.
[Loyalists represent. Open to anyone who wants to run into her!]

"Here, hold this. And whatever you do, don't eat it," Yakko instructed, holding the pie out. "And remember, I'm a teacher, so you have to do it!"

She didn't know what authorized pie was, this just sounded weird.

"Yeah, but nobody knows who wrote it and it's kind of hard to read."

He hadn't read the rule book. He just ran through a giant version of one once. That's why the rule book he was currently flipping through was bigger than him and had a him-shaped hole that made it basically nothing more than paper edges without anything in the middle.
So who knows what was actually written in that book before.
Oh, and yes, he had a giant book that he was flipping through.

Wait.
"I mean..."
Yeah, her eyes.

"Wait! Wait! What are the consequences?" she asked, sounding just a little worried.

What was her point again?

He held out a hand full of change with his picture on it. That made cents.

You're yelling at a teacher, Annie. No matter how puppylike he might be.

Deal with it, Annie!

She stared after him, then looked down at the pie plaintively.
"But I can't eat you," she said sadly.
She looked up, looked around, and called, "Anybody want a pie? Anybody? Helloooo?"
