Apocalypse Ave by the Docks, Wednesday 10 AM through 11 AM

A rift appeared in the sky on Apocalypse Ave. It was barely a few feet wide and a few feet long, but from it shone unnatural light. Looking up while standing under the rift would catch you a glimpse of blood-red cloudy sky. Ashes rained down onto the ground from within the rift, drifting peacefully like snow.

When the rift disappeared an hour later, it left little in its wake but a few small flecks of volcanic ash, lost on the pavement.
