The Park, Saturday Afternoon

Clint had really been hoping that keeping all the clothes from the last time he'd turned into a woman would have some sort of reverse psychological effect on the island, and he wouldn't need them again. But no, he'd woken up with boobs once again, and his plan to sit inside all day was currently being thwarted by Lucky's need for a seemingly endless walk.

"Come on, it's freezing, you don't want to be out here any more than I do," Clint said, as Lucky sniffed yet another potential peeing spot. It was a good thing that dog was cute, that was for sure.

Staying indoors wouldn't have worked anyway. Because once Kitty heard radio she figured she'd go to check on Clint. And when she didn't find him or Lucky at the house she kinda figured they'd be here.

Luckily she remembered what her boyfriend looked like with boobs.

"And here I spend these weekends holed up and not showing my face to the world," she greeted him.

Clint sighed, because of course Kitty would find him today. "Yeah, well you don't have a dog with a bladder the size of a pea," Clint said, giving the leash a little shake.

Kitty smiled at Lucky, then looked back at Clint. "Figured I'd see how you were doing, and if you're as crabby as I usually get."

"I'm not crabby. I'm uncomfortable as all get out, but I'm not crabby," he said, totally sounding crankier than he wanted to. "I still don't know how you wear bras, this is awful."

"You get used to it. Well, actually, you won't have time to get used to it, I guess," she amended. "You could always go without."

"I tried that this morning, but it hurt after a while," Clint said, glaring down a little. "It's not right that something so fun to play with can be so annoying."

"No, it's not," she agreed. "But it's okay a weekend, and you're still hot. That's something, right?"

"Oh, well, if you think I'm hot..." Clint said with a smirk. "At least I look the same. It would be weird to turn into a different woman. Weirder."

"You're not and I'm jealous of your boobs," she added, and that was something you could prooobably only say in Fandom? "And yeah, I feel like getting a new face and body would lead to all sorts of issues. Or not being prepared clothingwise."

"I saved the clothes from last time, thankfully. If anything, you should be jealous of my butt, because it's pretty awesome." Like it wasn't always, geez Clint.

"Oh please, your butt's always awesome. It's at least a quarter of the reason I was interested in you in the first place," she said. "It's probably healthy that we can talk like this."

Because this was a weird conversation to have, you guys.

"About the physical attributes we find so important in each other, even when they're not present?" Clint teased. "Yeah, it's good to talk about that stuff."

"Good. Because I'm a pretty big fan of all your attributes, weird weekend or not," Kitty smiled. "How're you doing this time?"

Clint sighed a little, but also shrugged. "Eh, it could be a lot worse," he said. "At least I'm still in my right mind. The crazy weekends are always worse."

"True," she said, reaching for his free hand. "And you've been through this before, and you know it's gonna end soon, and you have an awesome supportive girlfriend who might even walk Lucky for you later if you want."

"Really?" Clint said. "You're so good to me. I'd kiss you if it wouldn't be weird."

"Would it?" she checked. She knew she got all sorts of uncomfortable when she was walking around with boyparts so she kinda wanted to see what his boundaries were.

"Well, I don't know how you feel about kissing women," Clint said. "That could be weird, right?"

"Not really?" she admitted.

Ah, college.

That got a really big grin out of Clint. "Ooh, okay, you have to give me a second," he said, closing his eyes. "I've got all sorts of mental images happening right now."

"Nothing actually happened," Kitty clarified, even though she knew that'd do zero to help. "It was just kind of a... near heat of the moment thing. But it means the idea's not weird."

Yeah, Clint didn't need anything to have happened to be able to picture the things he was picturing. "So you wouldn't mind, if I felt the sudden need to kiss you," he said. "I mean, I guess it isn't entirely weird since it's still me? There's just, you know. height changes." And breasts potentially getting in the way, but he wasn't going to say that part.

"Who doesn't want their first girl kiss to come from their boyfriend?" Kitty teased. "If you want to kiss me, I say you just should go for it."

Well, Clint didn't need a second invitation for that, so he leaned in and gave Kitty a kiss. It was a little tentative at first - he wasn't sure how it was going to feel from his end - but Kitty was still herself and it still felt nice, so it didn't take long for Clint to try to turn it into a real kiss.

It definitely felt different, but it also felt pretty nice. At any rate, it was still Clint, even if his lips weren't exactly what she was used to at the moment. Kitty kissed him back, even bringing her hand up to his face to try and get used to the differences there too.

This was definitely the nice kind of strange, and Clint had to fight to keep himself from making the kiss any deeper, not wanting to make things too serious for Kitty. Still, it took a while for him to pull back to catch his breath. "Wow. Girls get the best stuff."

Kitty definitely wasn't minding the cold so much anymore. "Oh, you have no idea."

"No, I clearly don't, but I'm getting an idea. I'm going to look at lesbian porn in a whole new way. Um, I mean, not that I look at that," he said quickly.

"Of course you don't." She paused, and might have looked a little nervous when she said, "I mean, if you wanted to find out..."

Somewhere Shan was so, so pissed and didn't know why.

Clint made a bit of a grossed out face and shook his head. "Nah, that's not really something I'm interested in. Especially when you're around."

Kitty tilted her head at him for a moment, trying to figure out what he meant.

"Not watching porn," she said.

"No, not watching porn. Or doing anything else with it," Clint said. "That's just weird when you're dating someone, I think."

"I was hinting around if you wanted me to come over," Kitty clarified, but she was a little distracted by, "...You really think that about porn?"

Clint shrugged a little. "Well, yeah. I mean, I'm not gonna like, hide myself from pictures of hot women 'cause I like the internet and that's pretty unavoidable there." Someday, someone would explain ad blockers to him, maybe. "But porn's what you watch when you can't get the real thing. Why wouldn't I want you to come over?" Clint asked. "If anything, I figured you wouldn't want to hang out until this whole thing ended."

"I did just make out with you, honey," Kitty pointed out. "And it was pretty great. The last thing I'd do is avoid you."

Herc would have vastly preferred to hide in his apartment until this went away, but alas, he also had a dog who was being extremely picky about where to do his business.

Oh, great, and there were other people in this park. "Why me?" he muttered under his breath, and then, "Come, Max, let's get this over with already, yeah?"

Clint thought Lucky might finally be ready to do his business, but then Lucky noticed the other dog and nope, potential new friends were way more interesting. "Aww, come on," he said, loosening his hold on the leash so his arm didn't get yanked too hard. He gave the woman a small smile. "You look like you're having about as much fun as I am out here."

"It's an odd sort of day," Herc said cautiously, before grumbling, "and bloody cold."

"I'm gonna guess you look a little different today?" Clint said. "There's nothing like being cold and uniquely uncomfortable."
