The Perk, Saturday Morning
Natalie's plans with her parents visiting Brazil had gotten delayed, so last night she'd taken advantage of a portal deal back to fandom, in the hopes of meeting some friends and maybe flagging Jim down for a visit too.
So of course this morning she'd woken up with no recollection of that. Or anything else, beyond what she'd actually been able to see around her, which had been a hotel room and a bag with far too few personal belongings. The things in the wallet offered some insight, but all of it was baffling, and distressingly unfamiliar.
She'd obviously needed to clear her head, so she'd headed out. And once she'd bought coffee at this place called 'the Perkolator', she took a seat at table by the window and began to go through the contents of the wallet – her wallet? – in earnest.
It was very confusing and she didn't like it one bit.
[ooc: Open for Nat-bothering as well as for any other Perk needs you might have!]

"I could be."
Not knowing who the hell she was sucked.

"I didn't say I think I am one," she said. "But it's one of a thousand possibilities. And you have to admit the chief of staff thing seems odd."

She couldn't remember her best, though.

She had a picture of him and everything. There had to be some connection.

But also a little more sad.
"But how would I find him?"

She sighed.

She wasn't sure why that made her feel extra anxious for a second. And sad –– no. Lonely.

Ahaha.

"I just don't want to be alone, Sam."

"Okay." He still didn't know what kind of help he'd be but he couldn't really put up a fight when it came to that.

"Okay," she sighed. "What do we know? Apart from our names, and some vague things from wallets." Yes, she was going to try and attack this in an analytical way. "Where did you wake up?"

Wait.
"At least I think I never realized that before."

It was all very confusing.
