Once again, Cara had had to sign for a misdirected shipment of alcohol. Unlike last time's various bottles of brightly-coloured, candy-flavoured lethalness, this was apparently poultry flavoured.
Not the one named after the bird. It said it right there on the label 'Turkey-flavored'. She wasn't sure what she was supposed to do with it, but there was probably someone on the island stupid enough to drink it.
Which would probably be why Tino was getting several very significant looks right now.
