The Preserve, Monday night

Allie was planning on heading back to her apartment and settling in with one of her newest books after she'd complete her usual evening circuit of the island.

Her plans changed when suddenly, in place of Allie the vampire, there was Allie the vampire bat, screeching and fluttering through the trees.

Looks like that book was going to have to wait.

[Heading out on vacation tomorrow with limited time & wifi access. Allie's a bat till I get back next week.]
