Across the Island, Saturday
It would take some time for the snow to melt, but by Saturday morning, Fandom Island had wrestled back her control over the weather. The winds calmed and the skies cleared, and for the first time in days, a bright sun shone down on the island.
In the sunshine, one might even feel something close to warm.
Not that that was necessary, as around seven in the morning, all the lights came back on and electricity flooded back into the Fandom-wide net. Congratulations! You had survived the blizzard!
Unfortunately, those flowers shedding pollen just took that as encouragement...
