The bruise on Flick's cheek had morphed into a really ugly shade of brown and yellow by Saturday. It was still tender to the touch but it was healing. His lip was no longer puffy and the gash that had opened up was scabbing over. So, all in all, Flick had looked worse.
He'd taken some of the morning to stock up on what candy needed to be refilled before sitting down and wondering if he should put out the dark chocolate bacon bar or some Thai Tamarind Candy.
In the end, he put both out on the counter in front of him. See which one sold quickest.
