She still hadn't really figured out if she wanted to learn an instrument or not—they all seemed kind of intimidating and Alluka still wasn't all that brave—but today it didn't matter, since she came in, chattered at the stereo brightly for a bit, and then settled in to answer Mabel's latest letter.
It went without saying that Alluka had a pile of stickers that she was going to have to go through to figure out which best suited her response to Mabel. Or even just which the prettiest ones were. Mabel would appreciate that too, even if they didn't make a lot of sense with whatever she said.
The stereo busied itself with playing instrumental music. She was pretty sure it was classical but, really, Alluka didn't work here for her knowledge of music, so she didn't know.
