Considering the squirrels had roused her at way too early o' clock, Ada had decided it was better to head to the store from the radio station instead of the dorms.

She wasn't going to stay open all day, but this was kinda a public service, and she grabbed some markers and quickly wrote up a big sign to stick in the window.

"Oh, they'll both show off all your assets to th' fullest," Ada said, barely managing to keep a straight face. "But th' leather's gonna have more give to it."

"I noticed." Ada, don't stare at Isabela's bare chest and abs. It'll just encourage her. "'S one of my favorite things about you, after your sweet smile."

"Well, that much hasn't changed at least," she said, showing off said smile.

Pretty enough to remind Ada that she staring was a terrible idea!

"Pretty as a picture," she agreed, brushing fond fingers over Isabela's cheek. "...I'mma get you a shirt, too, in case it gets chilly this weekend."

And for Ada's own sanity.

"I can think of a few other ways to keep warm," Isabela said. Because she was terrible.

Turned out that, yes, Ada blushed prettily as a boy, too!

"Don't think that would work on th' walk from here to th' dorms," she teased, ducking her head. "--but if anyone could figure it out, that would be you."

It wasn't a 'no.' It was a 'that honestly hadn't yet occurred to Ada.'

Isabela smirked. Just a little. "I can always just stay indoors."

"I dunno, is th' back room comfortable enough for an entire weekend?" Ada teased. "Though if'n your roommate keeps your place too cold, my room's always nice an' warm."

"Oh, my roomie is absolutely terrible."

That would be her non-existent roomie.
