Sidon supposed he should have felt flattered, but, really, in the heat of the moment, he felt anything but.
"I beg your pardon, ma'am," he huffed, folding his arms over his chest, "but no, I am not for adoption. I am an employee!"
His eyes darted up to implore the vet to help him out, but she couldn't, incapacitated as she was by trying to not completely die laughing.
