Prom 2018, Community Center, Friday Evening

Sure, the extreme winter weather had come and gone, but it had clearly still been on the minds of those in Student Council when they'd planned tonight's dance, as the theme went in the complete opposite direction.

Welcome, Fandom, to a tropical paradise!

There were palm trees, of course... as well as giant tissue-paper flowers hanging from the ceiling and brightly colored cutouts of frogs and parrots decorating the walls. Possibly with a good deal more glitter than one would usually associate with such a theme, but this was Fandom.

Hyacinthe groaned. That sounded wonderful. That sounded terrible.

He turned, trying to catch her hips. "And would you enjoy it?" he asked, because as much fun as it sounded, it wouldn't be worth it were she doing it only for his pleasure.

Ada just gave him a sunny grin. "I like bein' in charge," she admitted, without a trace of shame. "Bein' in control, an' choosin' when I give it up is fun."

The girl with little-to-no control over her own life had it as a kink? SHOCKING.

Why would she be ashamed for that? Well, possible ashamed for the state she'd just put Hyacinthe in, but so long as he stood behind her for a few moments, that would be fine, too.

"Then tonight, my rinkeni, after we leave prom, I think you should be as cruel to me as you wish."

But only after. Because if he couldn't touch her all night during the dance, he might well and truly die.

She'd even lean in to him a bit, to help conceal that state. "After," she promised, with a sweet little kiss that offered hints of dark corners before they left the dance. "I just want a few dances first, an' maybe some punch."

Dances where he could touch her to his heart's content, because she'd die if she tried to go all night without contact.

"You can have aught you wish tonight," Hyacinthe told her. "Including my obedience," he added in a dark whisper in her ear.

Fiiiiiiiiiine. She shifted back just slightly, letting the layers of her gown help with concealment instead, though the smirk she shot him was absolutely unrepentant.

"'S your prom," she purred, toying with his collar lightly. "You also get whatever you want tonight."

"Your mouth," he murmured, leaning down to nibble at her throat. "Here. Before we leave."

Not in the dance, obviously. But somewhere nearby, where they could hear the music, enjoy the thrill of possibly getting caught.

"Will you do that for me, rinkeni?"

Now it was Ada's turn to shift uncomfortably every time Hyacinthe's lips brushed over a scale.

"Uh-huh," she said, licking her lips. "That, um, that sounds good."

Delicious was probably more accurate, but he was being distracting with the nibbling and the mental images.

She wasn't the only one who could be wicked.

His tongue traced around the edges of several scales, his hand on her shoulders to outline the ones there, too.

"I'm going to watch you for as long as I can keep my eyes open," he told her, enjoying this. "Lose my hands in your hair, watch your face..."

HYACINTHE, STOP IT.

Ada took a deep, steadying breath. "We're in th' middle of th' dance, chavo," she reminded him (and herself). "We best behave b'fore we start corrupting th' littles an' one of th' chaperones gives you a scolding and detention."

"Honestly, some of them could use the corruption," Hyacinthe declared, but stepped away so he was no longer quite so tightly pressed against her. "Mamselle," he said, giving her a bow and offering his arm, "shall we?"
