Guns might not have been terribly effective this weekend, but the events had anyway served as a reminder that she really needed to start doing gun practice again. So here she was, in the basement of the Atlas Gym, muttering over technological level of the weapons available, and then, when she actually got around to shooting, swearing at herself.

Seivarden wasn't bad by human standards, but she was definitely out of practice and she knew it. She also knew better than to blame it on the gun. This meant there were plenty of colourful Radchaai curses in between shots.

Still, it was cathartic, which was an appreciated added benefit.
