Breq had learnt a few new songs during the visit to Hyrule, and she took the opportunity to try and play the melodies on the bass during her shift at Groovy Tunes.
There were no interruptions. No stereo behaving badly. No Silence. No little blue men.
Instead there was a huge cake sitting on the counter, accompanied by a teapot in which the tea kept hot and tasted freshly brewed. She would share with any customers who entered, of course.
