Dante'd talked a big game about techno punk to Kathy the other week. This week, he was scrambling to make sure he could keep his end of the bluff going. That meant Spotify playlists. A lot of Spotify playlists.

The dulcet tones of really loud bass and twitching techno beats could be heard from well outside of the store.

Inside, Dante was just bobbing his head right along.

"What's this?"

Octavia had - predictably - just shown up to bang on the drums. Might as well be moderately curious while she was at it. Her head slightly tilted to the side as she stood in the doorway, listening.

"Some techno punk playlist I found laying around," Dante said, shrugging. "I like it. It's loud."

Octavia took a beat to consider his highly informative answer.

Then she shrugged right back at him. "I like it too."

Figured. She'd probably made it pretty clear by now that loud was something she was fond of.

Dante shrugged easily, grinning. "Drums again?"

"Drums, always."

Well, she was very consistent like that.
