It had been and interesting week, in good and bad ways, and Seivarden hoped she would get a quiet day at work.
Be careful what you wish for in Fandom.
The shop was quiet. Uncannily quiet. Nothing moved, not even the leaves when Seivarden brushed past them. In fact, it was just difficult to move, as if moving through water. The air was still. Lifting a teacup was heavy. Seivarden ended up counting minutes until she could leave. The clock on the wall literally moved slower.
