Breq now worked on Saturdays, but Groovy Tunes was as unpredictable as ever, so nothing had changed. The stereo played songs that she eventually guessed were a story about an attempt to mix the recent holiday and the next upcoming one. The tunes were nice, and Breq hummed along as she dusted away cobweb, swept the floor and cleaned the windows. She took a break for tea, choosing a spiced one, and the scent filled the shop. It looked like it would be a quiet and pleasant day.
