Caritas, Friday Evening
"Tino, the island has been back to normal for three days," Fjord said, sounding fairly resigned a good two hours into his shift at the bar tonight. "If you don't want to serve patrons tonight, just say so and I'll take point. You don't have to keep walking into the wall."
Tino looked at him, and then clucked like a chicken.
Fjord threw a wet rag at him.
[OOC: And that's that for my Friday spam! Open!]

"'Evening, Fjord," she nodded her greeting, "how's the night treating ya?"

"So far, so good," Fjord said.
Tino interrupted with a cluck.
"Mostly," Fjord amended, reaching up to pinch the bridge of his nose between two fingers. "How are you doing?"

Amaya decided it would be best to just try and ignore it, really.
"Pretty good, actually!" she said. "Very productive day." Which was, obviously, the best kind of day. Got some stuff moved out of the shop that I've been meaning to get moving, so you know what that means..."

"Sounds like that means there's more room to put new stock," Fjord mused, grinning a little. "What can I get for you tonight, Amaya? Ale again this week?"

Why yes, he was in fact jerking a thumb toward Tino, who looked at them carefully for a moment before deliberately turning to go walk into the wall again.
"... There are restaurants that deliver here, though, apparently."

"Well, you see," she explained, "Magnus and I got to talking on our...ugh," pardon the sneer, but it was entirely necessary, "date, that what this place is really lacking is some good meat-on-a-stick. We thought about starting a petition, but we didn't take the possibility of food delivery into account. That might be a bit of a game-changer."

Meat on sticks or no.

She didn't know Magnus well, no, but she could also see it not being much of a problem, no.

He took a moment to pull out a mug, and then Amaya's drink was being slid to her in short order.
