Yes, most animals typically managed to get themselves tuckered out and were resting pretty heavily (and adorably) not long after Sidon returned with them from biology class, but this was clearly not to be the case with the fox. Even Sidon was faintly amazed by the energy of this little guy, though he wasn't entirely surprised. They had foxes in Hyrule, and they were rather rambunctious there, too, dashing through the plains and the hills and some of the mountains, inspiring many a story from travelers about the frustration of trying to ride across the land without trampling the curious little fellows underneath their horses hooves.

Sidon, meanwhile, felt it was a good distraction and an awful lot of fun to hide a few things in safe little spots around the shelter for the fox to eagerly seek out, which afforded him enough time to take care of his daily tasks while the fox went searching, with the very frequent distraction of a loose puppy or cat to make new friends with.
