It had been cute, really, how the little strings of lights slithering like snakes along the ground today thought they could actually stalk the cats and dogs around the shelter that day without having it being turned right back around on them. The result of this particular December shenanigan made for a wonderfully chaotic show of back-and-forth between the animals and the lights, an exciting game of who would catch who first, filled with an incredible amount of wonderful pounces and hiding around corners, a few tumbles and tangles, and more than enough moments of Sidon sweeping in at just the right moment to prevent any of the animals from actually trying to eat their stringed-lights prey.

Just when he thought he mood couldn't possibly get any better, too!
