Furnado Animal Shelter; Thursday [02/07].

It was a good thing that Sidon actually had a good chance to get some nice warm swimming in over the last weekend, otherwise he was pretty sure having to stay indoors on a day like today would have been torture. Sure, the water was still probably fairly cold, but compared to what he thought he remembered last year being like, this was...nice. Having to work today felt like he was missing a great chance to take advantage of things while they were so nice. But he had his responsibilities, and he took them very seriously.

Still, whether or not you'd be able to catch Sidon at the shelter that day was a little hit or miss because, while he might not be able to go out for a swim, there were a lot of dogs in the shelter that were probably feeling a little cooped up, and he was taking them out for walks around the block at intervals, in between one task or another so that he was still present or, at the very least, if you missed him, he'd be back shortly.

Because it was actually warm enough that he could go outside and not despise every moment of it. It would just be tragic to not take advantage of it, really. And the dogs seemed pretty pleased, as well. Everybody won!

Well, perhaps not those who might have stopped in to see him and caught him when he was out, but a little patience there would go a long way.
