The roofs around town, Thursday afternoon

It was another fall-like day in Fandom, so Mae was taking advantage of the lack of ice coating everything to go running about on the roofs and wires around town again. She had a pocket full of granola bars pilfered from a dorm common room, which she left partially unwrapped in strategic (or what she assumed were strategic) spots around town for the squirrels to enjoy.

It was never a bad idea to get on the good side of the town gossips.

If anyone asked, she'd claim she was scouting spots for Vette's planned zipline. Well. If anyone asked she'd probably make something up wholesale, but she told herself she was scouting spots for Vette's zipline. Really, she was just feeling restless. It was nice out, after all. And running was a much more socially acceptable outdoor activity than smashing things.

Even if said running was being done on ledges and awnings and things.
