After spending Monday through Wednesday chasing a terrentatek across an unstable planet, coming home to find the island this quiet had been strangely off-putting, for Atton. He'd had a few days to get used to it by now, but still.
It'd been a while since he hadn't had a reason to run away from his own thoughts out here.
He wiped down the counters when he came in, trying to scoop up his train of thought before it thundered back to That Weekend. Any of several That Weekends, actually. "Right," he muttered, as he got to the specials board. "Time to fix this."
TONIGHT:
NAME YOUR INGREDIENT
WE'LL MAKE THE COCKTAIL
That'd work.
