Godiva Street, Friday afternoon
The Big Daddy/Little Sister pair that had until recently been Eliot and Parker had made a slow circuit of the island over the course of the week, taking down splicers and scavenging for ADAM, as was their way.
There may, somewhere deep in that enormous helmet, have been some spark of faint recognition when they made it back to Godiva street and passed the house where, in other realities, they lived with their fiancee. But it was unimportant. The only important thing to the Big Daddy was his Little Sister, and killing anything that looked like it might do her harm.
[open, with a big ol' slow play disclaimer. Had to make sure to get Big Daddy!Eliot out here somewhere, though!]

It probably wasn't ADAM, but she had some vials ready in case it was!

That was . . . agreement? Acknowledgement? Only his Little Sister would know.

"TEDDY BEAR!" With a bedraggled red ribbon around its neck.
Parker started to scramble down from her Big Daddy, because there was a Teddy Bear that needed saving!

The Big Daddy twisted to look for threats, then set off after her. He couldn't let his Little Sister go far without her protector, after all.

"Look, Big Daddy! A new friend!" Maybe she should stash her friend in a vent? The Little Sister gave the nearest one she could see a speculative look. "Should I hide him?"

It was beautiful, Parker. He was so happy for you.
He was definitely going to end up with a rotting teddy bear jammed into the grate over his helmet.

Still, he couldn't stay away too much. He worried.
"Can't believe that the week after we get engaged, y'all transform into weird things without me," he muttered, watching Parker get closer to the teddy bear.
The teddy bear with a nanny cam in its good eye because he'd be damned if he could make himself follow her into the vents, but needing to keep an eye on them anyway.
